The Clippers are regarded by some as the worst franchise in NBA history. The team has only ever recorded six winning seasons in its entire existence and since moving to Los Angeles from San Diego in 1984 the club has only recorded two winning seasons. In the 2009 draft the Clippers selected highly touted player Blake Griffin as the number one pick. Griffin is projected by some to become a dominant NBA power forward. Adding Griffin to a roster which already includes, Baron Davis, Marcus Camby, Al Thornton and Eric Gordon, some believe that the Clippers will be strong enough to make the play-offs for the first time since 2006.
