Despite having Steve Nash the two time NBA MVP the Suns have only made the NBA finals two times, the last coming in 1993. The Suns won the Pacific division three years in a row from 2005-2008 but each time failed to make the finals, losing twice in the conference finals to San Antonio and the Dallas Mavericks. The Suns resigned Steve Nash to a two year $22 million contract and have been reported to be shopping superstar Amare Stoudemire who is eligible for free agency in 2010.
